Veronica Scott

Macedon: Veronica passed away on November 3, 2015 at age 92.  She was predeceased by her husband, Russell Scott; brother, Robert Cobbett; brothers-in-law, Frank (Flora) and Ken Scott.  Veronica is survived by her children, Anne Sapienza and husband, James and Ellen Deetz and husband Michael; grandchildren, James Sapienza (Sharon), Michael Sapienza (Jaime), Joan Sapienza (Thomas Shea), Michelle Shilling (Chris), Amy Wenger (Mark) and Thomas Deetz (Dee); 10 great grandchildren; brother, William Cobbett (Bunny); sisters-in-law, Kathy Cobbett and Betty Scott; many nieces and nephews.

Veronica was very devoted to her family and her church.

Friends may join the family for calling hours on Friday (November 6) from 5-8 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 123 East Jackson St., Palmyra, NY 14522.  Veronica's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (November 7), 10 AM at St. Katharine Drexel Parish at St. Anne's Church, 136 Church St., Palmyra, NY 14522.  Interment in St. Anne's Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Veronica's name may be directed to St. Katharine Drexel Parish, 52 W.
