Wayne E. Kinslow

Palmyra –Wayne, a proud father, an even prouder Grandfather, and beloved coworker of The Ontario ARC, loved Dr Pepper, Smarties, Goofy, and the beach, passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2022.

He was predeceased by his father, Martin Kinslow.

Wayne is survived by his daughter, Kristie (Andrew) Heckman; granddaughters, Mia, Ivy, and Ada; mother, Carol Kinslow; longtime companion, Juanita Bocchino; siblings, Cindy (Dave) Freeland, Sandy (Bil) Kleiman, Donald (Kelly) Kinslow, and Martin (Jennifer) Kinslow; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
