Wayne R. Williamson

Clifton Springs:  July 10, 2014 at age 97, formerly of Palmyra and Sodus Point.  Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Pat; his sons, Larry (Linda), David (Susan), Dean (Aleta); grandchildren, Kelly, Ashley (Adam), Ryan (Erin), Jonathan (Lindsay), Hobie, Mack and 7 great grandchildren.

Wayne owned a large dairy farm until he bought Pal Oil Co.  He was a very successful businessman.  Wayne was a long term member of Rotary Club where he was named a Paul Harris Fellow.  He enjoyed playing cards, riding his tractor, horseback riding, water skiing, travelling, snowmobiling and boating.  However, his friends and family were most important to him.

Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 123 E. Jackson St. Palmyra.  Funeral Service 2 pm Monday at the Clifton Springs Spa Apts. Chapel 11 E. Main St. Clifton Springs.  Burial in Palmyra Cemetery. Memorials in Wayne's honor may be made to the Cracker Box Animal Palace  6450 Shaker Rd.
