Ionia: On April 29, 2020, Willard R. "Bill" McGeary peacefully passed away from heart failure. His legacy lives on through his children, Marci Brown and her husband, Rod, Patricia Green-Harrowing and her husband, Mike, Ronald McGeary and his wife, Vicky, and Linda Brown; grandchildren, Heather Brown and her companion, John Bomgardner, Jennifer Viets and her husband, Doug, Lauren Green-Hull and her husband, Sharmaine, Andrea Jacobs and her husband, Andy, Aryn Burgess and her husband, Rob, Kate Rapp, and Alison McGeary and her fiancé, Liam; great grandchildren, Ryan, Paige, Ava, Ryan, Jason, Julia, Caden, Xavier, Henry, Scarlett, and Lacey; sister, Dorothy LaDelfa. He was greeted in Heaven by the love of his life, Cecilia McGeary, grandson, Ian Rapp, and son in laws, Rick Green and John Rapp. He is already missed, but we take solace in knowing that he was reunited with so many in his Heavenly home.

Bill's family is planning a public Mass of Christian Burial but due to the pandemic, it will be announced once the restrictions have been lifted. In the meantime, his family asks that anyone who knew him hold their memories close until we can celebrate his life all together. Flowers will be graciously accepted once we announce services, but donations can be directed to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 8961 Main Street, Honeoye, NY 14471. Burial will be in Mt.
