William V. Peglow     "Vinnie"

Palmyra:  Vinnie passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at age 69.  He is survived by his daughter, Tina Covert; sister, Kathy Henrie; close friends, Sparky and Sharon Hall.

Vinnie proudly served his country in the United States Navy.  He was a kind, generous and happy person who had many friends.  A special thank you to all of the friends and staff at the Tower for their care and friendship to Vinnie.
