"Bernie" Age 81
Ontario: Passed away on September 1, 2023 at home, with family by his side. Predeceased by parents Bernard & Olive Kotwas (Baird); son David Kotwas; sister Alletta Kotwas. Survived by the love of his life of 44 years, Patricia Taillie; son Clinton (MaryAnn) Kotwas; brother Calvin Kotwas; grandchildren Shania (Danny) Meyer, and DJ Kotwas; great granddaughter Maddilynn Meyer; niece Kara (Mark) Wochner. Children of Patricia Taillie; Sheila (Jeff) Ernst, Lisa (Ray) Kaforey, and David (Bernice) Smith. Grandchildren Travis and Austin Ernst; Noah and Nicholas (Izzy) Kaforey.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, 5-7PM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 1961 Ridge Rd., Ontario, NY 14519. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, September 6, 2023,11AM, at St. Maximillan Kolbe Catholic Parish, St. Mary's of the Lake Church, 5823 Walworth Rd.
