Born on December 13, 1954 and raised in Webster, NY, Brian attended St. Rita's School in West Webster where he made lifelong friendships. He graduated from RL Thomas high school with the class of 1972. After high school, Brian worked in the electrical and highway construction trades, and later in life, took classes at Monroe Community College in his spare time.
