Lee Edward Reisinger
Rochester - Age 87, passed away peacefully om November 3, 2021.
Predeceased by his beloved wife, Rhonda L. Reisinger (Haase) and parents, Edward and June Reisinger (Jackson).
Survived by daughters, Debra L. DeGraff and Amy (Amanda) L. Teare and sons, Bradley M Reisinger and Jayson W King (Reisinger), 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Lee proudly served his country in the United States Navy, during Korea and United States Army during Vietnam, both of which he fought. He was honorably discharged from both branches of service.
Lee cared about his city and was involved in keeping the city streets cleaned. He would help any time he could and received the Mayor’s Rehabilitation Award from the City of Rochester, NY.
Lee loved being involved with the Veterans. He participated in parades, ceremonies, including the ceremony held to honor POWs and MIAs, which he was pictured in the D & C paper. He loved his children and grandchildren and was happy anytime he was able to spend time with them. Lee also loved his grand puppy, Shelby, who adored him. He loved his hamburgers from Burger King, which had to have a tomato added! Lee also loved his church, Ekklesia of Rochester. He loved the people, the lessons, and the trips they would take.
Family and friends may gather for visitation from 2-5 PM on Sunday (November 14) at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 Rte. 31, Macedon, NY. Lee’s funeral service will be held on Monday (November 15), 10:30 AM at White Haven Memorial Park (All Seasons Chapel), 210 Marsh Rd., Pittsford, NY. Burial to follow.
