Patricia Rose Montaglione

Patricia Rose Montaglione , 82, of Waterloo NY passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 at Hildebrandt Hospice in Rochester NY surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was born on Monday, August 14, 1939 in Waterloo, NY. She married her high school sweetheart, James Montaglione on June 28th 1958. They spent 63 wonderful years together. Patricia held several different jobs throughout her life, the most important one being the raising of her 4 children, and caring for her grandchildren while they were young. She is fondly remembered by many as the “neighborhood” mom who welcomed all her children’s friends with open arms. She and James enjoyed crafting, painting and repurposing items. They spent many years traveling to craft shows throughout the area.

Patricia is survived by her husband James, her children, Christopher (Kelly) of White Lake , MI, Daniel (Nancy) and Amy ( Richard) Ochs of Waterloo, and Aaron of Portland, OR. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Alicia, Josh, Sarah, Jami, Alaina and Sean, as well as 6 great-grandchildren, Michael, Zachary, Liliana, Ivy, Avalynn and Emma. She will be fondly remembered and missed by her two sisters, Sandra Manna of Waterloo and Elaine Warren of Sarasota, FL as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Lois Irene Matthews ( Smith) and Clifford Winifred Smith of Waterloo as well as brothers-in-law Edward Manna and William Warren.
