Roger C. Mays, Jr.

Palmyra – Roger passed away peacefully on May 15, 2022 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by his parents, Roger and Lillian Mays; nephew, Jeffrey Reeves; brother-in-law, Ken Reeves.

Roger is survived by his children, Jessica (Brian Steinruck) Mays and Ryan (Cait) Mays; grandchildren, Layla, Brielle, Lillian, David, Alexis, and Adalyn; sister, Jan Reeves; cousins from Kentucky and Tennessee, the Steinruck/West Families and many close friends.

Roger had a very long career in the automotive industry. He enjoyed golfing and loved fishing, especially with his son, Ryan. His favorite thing to do was to spend time with his family and watching his grandchildren grow. He will be very missed by his Vienna Place family and his “Gates Street Gang.”
