January 16, 1932 to July 12, 2021
Rosanna A. Trimble, of Ontario, NY and Largo, FL, slipped the bounds of earth and passed into eternity on Monday, July 12, 2021 at The Linden House in Rochester, New York. She was predeceased by her husband, Keith P Trimble.
Born in Rochester, NY of parents Everett Quick and Allie Hill. She attended schools in Ontario and married in 1949.
She lived a life of service, both with the Women's Auxiliary of the Ontario VFW and in the communities and churches where she lived. Her working life at Xerox was where her personality blossomed into Roxy, a fun loving, mischievous side and where she also formed lifelong friendships. Rosanna was called mother, mama, mom, and ma by many teens in the Seventies when she and Keith opened their home for prayer, Bible study, food and shelter. A house church, Ontario Christian Fellowship, grew out of their living room and eventually merged with Living Word Assembly of God. Her legacy of mentoring many men and women into service and ministry is legendary.
She and Keith lived in Ontario, Florida, and N. Carolina. She leaves behind her sons Keith A, Jon K (wife Ginny), Scott P (wife Diane), Roger B (wife Marie), Anthony "Chip", and daughter, Cheri L. She also leaves numerous beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family. The loving assistance of caregivers to our mother in her last years, comforts the family, and we are indebted to each and every one.
The memorial service will be at Living Word Assembly of God at 2344 Ridge Road in Ontario on Friday, July 23, at 7:00 PM. A private family interment precedes the memorial at Furnaceville Cemetery.
