You are my closest friend and like a sister to me. Throughout our lives we shared so many fun, happy and sad times together. I miss you terribly. You will always be loved and remembered in my heart.
I share my sadness with your wonderful family, Dave, Mike, Michele, Matthew, Michael, Joe, Sami and all of our many other family members and friends.

Dear Dave, Michael & Michele,
So sad to learn of Kathie's passing. It was such a pleasure having her in our lives as my brother Terry's fiance and as our fun-loving "sister-in-law." Her infectious laugh and her fun ways were a joy to him and to us. We are forever thankful for the love and care that she and Terry shared for each other. May they rest in peace together.
