Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the age of 86.  Margaret was born in Webster, NY on January 31, 1931 to the late Earl and Ruth Sargent Grace.  She was predeceased by her husband Merle on September 9, 2016; sisters, Marian Coyle and Barbara Luke; brothers, Gordon and David Grace; she is survived by her children, Lauretta (Philip) Rounds and Randy (Joanne) Luke; grandchildren, Christian (Sarah) Rounds, Crystal (Ted) Brown, Amberly Rounds, Tessa Rounds, Luke (Mollie Malone) Rounds, Adam (Andrea) Luke, Erik (Katie) Luke and Matt Luke; 9 Great grandchildren; brother, Donald (Deb) Grace; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Margaret and Merle were married for 66 years.  Her greatest joy in life was her family.  She and Merle enjoyed vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC and wintering in Florida.  They enjoyed camping together through the years; especially in Lake George, NY.  Margaret loved the Lawrence Welk show and continued to watch the re-runs that are aired today.  She will be missed by her family but remembered fondly for the love that she had for each of them.  The family would like to express their gratitude, and appreciation, for all the wonderful nurses, and aids who helped Margaret, both at home and at the Jewish Home.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 2-5PM, for a time of visitation,  at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 1961 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519; where a celebration of her life will be offered on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 12 Noon.  Interment will follow at Furnaceville Cemetery.  Donations in Margaret’s name may be directed to the Pines of Peace Comfort Care Home, 2378 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519, or to the Jewish Senior Life Foundation, Meaningful Life Funds, Jewish Home, 2021 Winton Road South, Rochester, NY 14618.
