Bob was a dear family friend. We grew up together in Irondequcit. We dated as teenagers and remained friends through the years. I met Anne while we were working at Robert Smith Engineers. I introduced Bob and Anne and was a bridesmaid in their wedding. Though you don't know me, I know a great deal about you. Your father, grandfather, or great-grandfather was very proud Of his family. You were everything to him. I am truly sorry for our loss he was a great guy.

We live on Kemp Drive and were neighbors of Bob. We are so sorry and shocked to hear of his passing. He was always so friendly and would wave when we drove by. Although we didn't know him well, John and Bob had some good neighborly chats. I know my husband will miss that. God Bless your family during this hard time.

I always enjoyed my conversations with your Dad. Anytime I saw him, and usually while grocery shopping, he always stopped and gave me a hug. I loved hearing how well he was doing and he always loved talking about what his kids and grandkids were up to. His smile and laugh will certainly be missed. I saw him shortly after his trip to Florida (?) and he was laughing about actually bringing money home with him. He so enjoyed life! He always asked about how my parents were doing and made sure to stop and visit with them -- which they appreciated so much! What a great guy he was. I am glad I got to know him. I will miss him. Sending you all our sympathy.
