Macedon: Died on August 17, 2008 at age 83. Survived by her husband Elmer of 56 years; children David (Judy) Martz, Carol (Philip) Dillon; grandchildren Rachel, Thomas, Robert, Christine, Timothy; siblings Lorraine Resch, Shirley (Norm) Lemcke, Lois Gibbons, Ronald (Ellie) Graupman; sisters-in-law Evelyn (Don) Whalen, Ellie Martz; several nieces & nephews. Gardiner, William E.

Palmyra: Entered into rest July 23, 2008 in his 72nd year. Survived by his wife Phyllis of 34 years; sister Jane (Gerald) Clement; brother-in-law Edward Weit; aunts Beryl Bushart and Dorothy Gardiner; mother-in-law Ida Cenname; brother-in-law Guy G (Joann) Cenname; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mighty St Joe’s Drum Corp was William’s 2nd family. William was a Marine Veteran of the Korean War.

His Memorial Service will be held on 1:30PM Saturday September 13th at PAYNE & MURPHY FUNERAL HOME 1040 Rt. 31, Macedon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to William’s family.

 

Morell, Gary D.

Palmyra: Died peacefully on August 11, 2008 at age 67. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Rosalie; devoted children Deanna Morell, John (Michele) Morell, and Diane Kelly; adoring grandchildren Hanna, Sara, & Emma Kelly and Nicolette & Lillian Morell; mother-in-law, Rose Scorza and brother & sister in law Phyllis (Robert) Plass of Hyde Park and many good friends. Gary practiced law in Palmyra for over 40 years at Converse & Morell. He was involved in several community activities; including Pal-Mac Rotary Club, Palmyra Masonic Lodge and Wayne Co. Industrial Development Agency. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at McGUIRE/HARGRAVE & MURPHY FUNERAL HOME 123 East Jackson St., Palmyra. His Funeral Service will be held 10:30 AM Thursday at Zion Episcopal Church, Palmyra, followed by his burial at Palmyra Cemetery. Stalker, Joan Ann (Powell)

West Walworth: On August 3, 2008 at the age of 75. Predeceased by her husband Richard Stalker in 2001. Survived by her children, Susan (Michael) Buckley, Arlene (Mark) Heneghan, Richard Stalker & Carolyn (Daniel) Lettro; grandchildren, Michael & Jennifer Buckley, Kelly, Tjomas, Matthew Heneghan, & Sydney Lettro; sister Cheryl (Nelson) Schommer; brother Dale (Kathy) Powell; many nieces & nephews. ONTARIO: Passed away peacefully at her home at age 75 on July 28, 2008. Predeceased by her husband Bruce; brothers, Jerry & Larry Sampson, & sister Noel Hasset. Survived by her sons, Bradley (Nina), Brian (Barb), Craig (Alice), & Gregory (Julie) Cuvelier; grandchildren, Justin, Matthew, Ryan, Christopher, MacKenzie, Travis, Kyle, Nicholas & Cassandra. Elinor was born in Massachusetts & raised in East Rochester, NY. She married & raised her family in Ontario, NY. She was an RN & graduate of the Genesee School of Nursing, & co-founded the Pines of Peace Hospice Home in Ontario, NY in 1998. WALWORTH: Passed away Wednesday July 9, 2008 at age 84 after a lengthy illness.  Survived by his wife of 56 Years, Mary.  Daughter Ann King (Bernard Talty) of Victor; sons, Michael (Nancy), Donald, all of Walworth; grandchildren, Victoria & Melissa King, Daniel & Kevin Frederes.  Stanley devoted his life to farming and was known for growing top quality vegetables, which he sold at the Rochester Public Market for 43 years.  Friends may call Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM at Murphy Funeral Home 1961 Ridge Road, Ontario, where his funeral will be held 10AM Tuesday.  Interment Furnaceville Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions will be made to Lincoln Volunteer Fire Dept. or Lifetime Care Hospice in his memory.

Survived by her loving companion Tony Ramos; children Madlyn (Richard) Oliver, Murray Schroeder, William Schroeder; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings Doris Milligan of Silver Springs, Peggy Florack of FL, Lois Dempsey of Castile; many nieces & nephews.
